Overview

IPH62 is a trispecific natural killer (NK) cell engager antibody developed using Innate Pharma's proprietary ANKET platform. It targets B7-H3 (CD276), an immune checkpoint molecule frequently overexpressed in various solid tumors, and engages NK cells through the activating receptors NKp46 and CD16. By simultaneously binding to B7-H3 on tumor cells and activating receptors on NK cells, IPH62 is designed to promote targeted killing of cancer cells by harnessing the innate immune system. The program is part of a collaboration between Innate Pharma and Sanofi, with Sanofi responsible for development, manufacturing, and commercialization following candidate selection. As of mid-2025, it remains in preclinical development for oncology indications[1][2][3][4][5][6][7][9].
