Drug intelligence / Profile preview
IPH67 is a preclinical, proprietary NK-cell engager program developed by Innate Pharma using its ANKET® (Antibody-based NK cell Engager Therapeutics) platform. The specific tumor antigen target of IPH67 has not been publicly disclosed. It is designed for the treatment of solid tumors and represents part of a new generation of multi-specific natural killer (NK) cell engagers intended to enhance anti-tumor immune responses by recruiting and activating NK cells against cancer cells. Initially partnered with Sanofi under a research collaboration, rights to IPH67 were returned to Innate Pharma in October 2024 during the preclinical stage[1][2][4][6][7][8].
