Drug intelligence / Profile preview
IPN60300 is an investigational trispecific T-cell engager (TCE) developed by Ipsen in collaboration with F-star Therapeutics. It is designed to treat advanced solid tumors, specifically those that express Delta-like protein 3 (DLL3), such as small cell lung cancer (SCLC) and neuroendocrine carcinomas. The molecule features a trispecific architecture with binding domains for DLL3 on tumor cells and the CD3 epsilon chain on T-cells, which facilitates the redirection of T-cell cytotoxic activity toward cancer cells. Additionally, it incorporates a human serum albumin (HSA) binding domain to extend its circulatory half-life and optimize its pharmacokinetic properties. IPN60300 is currently undergoing Phase I/II clinical evaluation as a monotherapy to assess its safety, tolerability, and preliminary antitumor efficacy.
