Overview

IPS-06060 is a small molecule molecular glue degrader currently in preclinical development by InnoPharmaScreen for oncology indications. As a molecular glue, it is designed to facilitate or stabilize a novel interaction between an E3 ubiquitin ligase and a specific pathogenic neo-substrate protein. This induced proximity leads to the polyubiquitination of the target protein and its subsequent degradation via the 26S proteasome pathway. IPS-06060 is part of InnoPharmaScreen's targeted protein degradation (TPD) pipeline, which utilizes proprietary screening platforms to identify glues for proteins that lack traditional small-molecule binding pockets, often referred to as "undruggable" targets.
