IPV + fIPV + RotaTeq

This is a combination immunization regimen consisting of three vaccines: - Inactivated Poliovirus Vaccine (IPV): A killed-virus injectable vaccine that provides systemic immunity against all three types of polioviruses. It is administered intramuscularly or subcutaneously and is used for the prevention of poliomyelitis. - Fractional Inactivated Poliovirus Vaccine (fIPV): A reduced-dose formulation (one-fifth the full dose) of IPV administered intradermally. fIPV has been shown to be safe, effective, and immunogenic; two doses given via this route offer higher seroconversion rates than a single full dose given intramuscularly[2][4]. - RotaTeq: A live, oral pentavalent rotavirus vaccine containing five reassortant rotaviruses derived from human and bovine parent strains. It is indicated for the prevention of rotavirus gastroenteritis caused by types G1, G2, G3, G4, and G9 in infants[6][8][10]. The combination regimen targets both polio (using two different formulations/routes for enhanced immunity) and severe diarrheal disease due to rotavirus.
