Irinotecan + CMAB009

Irinotecan + CMAB009 is a combination therapy used primarily as a second-line treatment for metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC) in patients with wild-type KRAS. Irinotecan is a small molecule chemotherapeutic agent classified as a topoisomerase I inhibitor; it works by interfering with the DNA replication process in cancer cells, leading to cell death[3][7].
