Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Iruplinalkib is an orally available, small molecule inhibitor of the anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) and ROS1 tyrosine kinases. It is developed by Qilu Pharmaceuticals for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), particularly in patients with ALK-positive NSCLC. Iruplinalkib has shown efficacy against both wild-type ALK and ALK resistance mutations, such as L1196M and G1202R. It was approved in China for the treatment of ALK-positive, crizotinib-resistant or crizotinib-intolerable NSCLC.
