IS-001

**IS-001** is ImmunoScape's WT1-directed, autologous T-cell receptor engineered T-cell therapy program for WT1-positive solid tumors. The product uses patient T cells engineered to express a TCR recognizing the WT1 37-45 peptide presented by HLA-A*02:01 or HLA-A*02:07. It is being developed in ImmunoScape's Seed-and-Boost approach, in which a low dose of WT1-specific TCR-T cells is administered as the seed and subsequently expanded and activated in vivo with the separate TCR-matched IL-2 Immuno-STAT molecule CUE-102. The strategy is intended to improve selective T-cell expansion, persistence, tumor infiltration, and antitumor activity while reducing cell-manufacturing requirements.
