IS-107 is a peptide-based new chemical entity (NCE) developed by Issar Pharmaceuticals for the treatment of solid tumors. It is designed as an injectable therapeutic with dual anti-angiogenic and anti-inflammatory properties. The drug's mechanism of action involves the modulation of vascular endothelial growth factor receptor (VEGFR) and key inflammatory signaling pathways, specifically p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase (p38 MAPK) and myeloperoxidase (MPO).
