Overview

ISA103 is a synthetic long peptide (SLP) cancer vaccine derived from the human preferentially expressed antigen in melanoma (PRAME). It is designed to stimulate a strong and specific T cell immune response against PRAME, which is overexpressed in various tumors such as uveal melanoma, lung, breast, head & neck, kidney cancers, and neuroblastoma. The SLP technology covers immunogenic regions of PRAME to induce both CD4 and CD8 T cell responses across diverse HLA types. This approach aims to overcome central tolerance and generate robust anti-tumor immunity. ISA103 is being developed by ISA Pharmaceuticals for the treatment of PRAME-expressing cancers[1][2][3][4][9].
