Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ISA104 is an investigational therapeutic **synthetic long peptide vaccine** for chronic hepatitis B developed by ISA Therapeutics in collaboration with Erasmus MC. It comprises 12 synthetic long peptides derived from conserved regions of hepatitis B virus antigens and ISA's AMPLIVANT adjuvant technology. The vaccine is intended to induce a strong, HBV-specific cellular immune response, including vaccine-directed T-cell responses, with the goal of achieving a functional cure of chronic hepatitis B. It is being evaluated in the randomized HEB-PEP dose-escalation study. ([onderzoekmetmensen.nl](https://onderzoekmetmensen.nl/en/trial/51362))
