Drug intelligence / Profile preview
iSCLife is an allogeneic cell therapy product composed of human umbilical cord-derived mesenchymal stem cells (hUC-MSCs), developed by SCL Science. The therapy leverages the innate regenerative and immunomodulatory capabilities of MSCs to treat chronic pain conditions. By secreting bioactive molecules and interacting with the host immune system, iSCLife aims to reduce inflammation and facilitate tissue repair at the site of injury or degeneration. It is currently being evaluated in Phase 1/2 clinical trials for various pain-related indications, where it is intended to modulate the inflammatory environment and promote healing in damaged tissues.
