Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**iSCLife-OA (also known as 19#iSCLife®-OA)** is a stem cell therapy consisting of human umbilical cord-derived mesenchymal stem cells (hUC-MSCs) developed by Sclnow Biotechnology for the treatment of osteoarthritis (OA), primarily knee OA. Administered via intra-articular injection, it leverages the pluripotent, self-replicating, and self-renewal properties of hUC-MSCs to promote cartilage regeneration, reduce inflammation, alleviate pain, and improve joint function. Clinical evaluation, including a phase I/II trial (NCT03383081), has demonstrated efficacy in symptom relief and potential cartilage repair with a favorable safety profile, positioning it as a promising regenerative alternative to conventional OA treatments.[4][14]
