Drug intelligence / Profile preview
iSCLife77 (also known as iSCLife®77 or SCLnow® Tissue Engineering) is a tissue-engineered stem cell membrane product developed by Sclnow Biotechnology for corneal transplantation. The product is derived from umbilical cord pluripotent stem cells and processed into a transparent, tenacious membrane using proprietary technologies. It is designed to address the scarcity of donor corneal tissue by providing a regenerative scaffold that repairs or replaces damaged corneal tissue. iSCLife77 exhibits natural low immunogenicity and works through regenerative mechanisms to restore corneal function, leveraging the high transparency and tenacity of the stem cell-derived membrane for ocular tissue engineering applications.
