Overview

ISH0613 is a bifunctional anti-inflammatory bispecific antibody developed by Sunho Biologics (SUNHO (China) BioPharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) for the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). It is designed to regulate the immune microenvironment by modulating both the innate and adaptive immune systems. The drug is currently in Phase Ia clinical development, with a first-in-human study evaluating its safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetics following single intravenous administration in healthy subjects.
