This is a combination therapy consisting of three small molecule drugs—**isotretinoin**, **temozolomide**, and **thalidomide**. The rationale behind this regimen is to combine cytotoxic effects (temozolomide), immune modulation/anti-angiogenesis (thalidomide), and differentiation/apoptosis induction (isotretinoin) to enhance antitumor efficacy.
