Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**ISU104-CAR-NK** is an investigational, allogeneic anti-cancer **CAR-NK cell therapy** developed by ISU Abxis with Dong-A University. It uses cord blood-derived natural killer cells engineered with a chimeric antigen receptor based on the anti-ErbB3 antibody ISU104 to recognize **ErbB3/HER3**-expressing tumor cells. Following HER3 recognition, the engineered NK cells are intended to mediate selective cytotoxicity against cancer cells. Preclinical studies have reported tumor-growth inhibition in HER3-positive breast cancer models, supporting development for breast cancer and other HER3-positive solid tumors, with the company pipeline also listing leukemia and solid tumors.
