Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ITA010 is a monoclonal antagonist antibody developed by Immunoah Therapeutics that targets Leukocyte Immunoglobulin Like Receptor B4 (LILRB4), also known as ILT3 or CD85k. LILRB4 is an inhibitory immune checkpoint receptor primarily expressed on myeloid cells and is significantly upregulated in certain hematological malignancies, particularly monocytic acute myeloid leukemia (AML), as well as in the tumor microenvironment of various solid tumors. By binding to LILRB4, ITA010 blocks the interaction with its ligands, such as Apolipoprotein E (APOE), thereby neutralizing the inhibitory signaling that suppresses T-cell activation and promotes tumor immune evasion. The drug is currently in preclinical development, aiming to restore anti-tumor immune responses in patients with LILRB4-positive cancers.
