ITA028

ITA028 is a preclinical-stage agonist monoclonal antibody developed by Immunoah Therapeutics. It is designed to target and activate **OX40** (also known as CD134 or Tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 4), a potent costimulatory receptor primarily expressed on activated T cells. By binding to OX40, ITA028 mimics the action of the natural OX40 ligand, thereby stimulating T-cell proliferation, enhancing effector cytokine production, and promoting the survival of memory T cells. Additionally, OX40 signaling has been shown to inhibit the suppressive activity of regulatory T cells (Tregs) within the tumor microenvironment. Immunoah is developing ITA028 for the treatment of various solid tumors, aiming to leverage its immune-activating properties to overcome tumor-induced immunosuppression and bolster anti-tumor immune responses.
