iTAC-CLL01

**iTAC-CLL01** is a personalized, warehouse-based multipeptide T-cell activator being developed by ViferaXS for **chronic lymphocytic leukemia**. The product selects tumor-associated peptides from a premanufactured peptide warehouse according to an individual patient's HLA allotype and CLL immunopeptidome, with the objective of inducing anti-leukemic T-cell responses against residual disease. Public Phase I clinical reporting uses the closely corresponding name **iTAC-XS15-CLL01** and describes administration with the Toll-like receptor 1/2 ligand XS15 as an immune adjuvant during Bruton tyrosine kinase inhibitor-based treatment. The ViferaXS pipeline identifies iTAC-CLL01 as a concluded Phase I warehouse-type program.
