Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**iTAC-XS15-CLL01** is a personalized warehouse-based multipeptide therapeutic cancer vaccine developed for chronic lymphocytic leukemia. The product selects CLL-associated HLA-presented peptide epitopes for each patient according to HLA allotype and immunopeptidome data, with the aim of inducing peptide-specific CD4-positive and CD8-positive anti-leukemic T-cell responses. It is administered with XS15, a Toll-like receptor 1 and Toll-like receptor 2 ligand adjuvant, and formulated in Montanide ISA 51 VG. In the open-label phase 1 iVAC-XS15-CLL01 study in patients receiving Bruton tyrosine kinase inhibitor-based therapy, the vaccine demonstrated substantial peptide-specific T-cell immunogenicity and an acceptable safety profile.
