Overview

ITI-012 is a small molecule inhibitor of Casein Kinase 1 (CK1), originally developed by Intra-Cellular Therapies. CK1 is a serine/threonine kinase family implicated in various cellular processes, including circadian rhythm regulation and neuropsychiatric disorders. The ITI-012 series targets these kinases, and preclinical development focused on indications such as Alzheimer’s disease and other central nervous system disorders[7][14].
