Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ITI-7000 is an investigational DNA-based cancer vaccine developed by Immunomic Therapeutics, Inc. It utilizes the company's proprietary UNITE (Universal Intracellular Antigen Transduction) nucleic acid platform to target the ErbB2/HER2 protein. The vaccine is designed to stimulate a robust immune response by activating anti-tumor CD4+ and CD8+ T cells and promoting the infiltration of activated CD8+ T cells into tumors. Although it showed promise in preclinical studies for treating HER2-expressing neoplasms and urogenital diseases, its development has been discontinued.
