Overview

**ITIL-168 + cyclophosphamide + fludarabine + aldesleukin** is a multi-component regimen used in experimental protocols for advanced melanoma and other solid tumors. **ITIL-168** is an autologous tumor-infiltrating lymphocyte (TIL) therapy, manufactured from a patient's own tumor cells, isolated and expanded ex vivo for reinfusion[1][3][4]. Before TIL infusion, patients receive *lymphodepleting chemotherapy* with **cyclophosphamide** and **fludarabine** to reduce endogenous lymphocytes and enhance engraftment of the infused TILs. After TIL infusion, **aldesleukin** (recombinant interleukin-2, IL-2) is administered to stimulate T-cell proliferation and support anti-tumor immune activity[1][2][3][4]. The regimen aims to achieve durable tumor remission through adoptive cell transfer immunotherapy. ITIL-168 is being developed by Instil Bio primarily for melanoma, and is studied in various Phase 1 and 2 clinical trials[1][2][3][4].
