Itnogen

**Itnogen** is a 20 mg/g (2%) transdermal testosterone gel formulation used as testosterone replacement therapy in adult men with male hypogonadism, confirmed by two separate blood testosterone measurements and clinical symptoms such as impotence, infertility, low sex drive, tiredness, depressive moods, and bone loss. The active ingredient, testosterone, is an androgen hormone responsible for male sex organ development and secondary sex characteristics. Applied topically once daily to the abdomen or inner thighs via a metered-dose pump (starting dose 3 g gel containing 60 mg testosterone, adjustable up to 4 g/80 mg), it restores serum testosterone to normal levels (300-1140 ng/dL) while minimizing risks like skin transfer to others.[1][4][6]
