iTNT-HX02

**iTNT-HX02** is an investigational neoadjuvant multimodality regimen for high-risk, locally advanced microsatellite-stable and mismatch-repair-proficient rectal cancer. It consists of short-course external-beam radiotherapy followed by NALIRIFOX chemotherapy, comprising liposomal irinotecan, oxaliplatin, leucovorin, and fluorouracil, administered with the anti-programmed cell death protein 1 antibody pucotenlimab.
