Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Itrifal Zamani is a traditional Unani herbal formulation widely used to treat respiratory and digestive ailments. It is prepared using a combination of potent herbs, including Triphala (a mixture of Halaila/Haritaki, Balaila/Baheda, and Amla), Turbud (Ipomoea turpethum), Senna (Sana Makki), Gule Banafsha (Viola odorata), and other natural ingredients. Itrifal Zamani is primarily indicated for the relief of common cold, catarrh, chronic coryza, headaches, migraine, and chronic constipation. It works by soothing irritated mucous membranes, thinning respiratory mucus to facilitate expulsion, and stimulating intestinal peristalsis to act as a mild laxative.
