Iva annua pollen extract is a non-standardized biological allergenic extract derived from the pollen of the *Iva annua* plant, commonly known as Annual Marsh-Elder or Rough Marsh Elder. It is primarily utilized in clinical practice for the diagnosis and treatment of Type I immediate hypersensitivity allergies.
