A combination investigational immunotherapy composed of individualized and shared antigen mRNA cancer vaccines. **IVAC MUTANOME** is a personalized, poly-neo-epitopic mRNA vaccine engineered for each patient, encoding selected tumor-specific mutations found in the patient’s tumor (the mutanome). **RBL001 and RBL002** are shared antigen mRNA vaccines encoding two well-characterized melanoma-associated tumor antigens (NY-ESO-1 and Tyrosinase). All three are administered by direct injection into lymph nodes (intra-nodal), aiming to induce robust antigen-specific CD8+ and CD4+ T cell responses against melanoma. Developed by BioNTech RNA Pharmaceuticals GmbH (BioNTech SE) and Ribological, these vaccines act by stimulating the immune system to recognize and destroy melanoma cells through professional antigen-presenting cells, resulting in the presentation of both HLA class I and class II epitopes to T cells[1][2][4][5][6][8].
