It is designed as an Individualized NeoAntigen Specific Immunotherapy (iNeST) that encodes neoepitopes derived from up to 20 cancer mutations, determined by Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS). This liposome-formulated intravenous vaccine aims to treat patients with relevant and immunogenic RNA vaccines for their specific tumor, particularly in triple-negative breast cancer.
