IVB302 is a preclinical adeno-associated virus (AAV) gene therapy being developed by InnoVec Biotherapeutics for the treatment of Parkinson's disease and Multiple System Atrophy (MSA). The therapy employs an AAV vector to deliver genes encoding neurotrophins—a family of proteins critical for the survival, development, and function of neurons—directly to the central nervous system.
