Drug intelligence / Profile preview
IVL2005 is a long-acting injectable peptide candidate being developed by Inventage Lab, in collaboration with Virbac, for veterinary applications. It functions as a gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) receptor modulator intended for chemical castration and the management of reversible infertility in animals. The formulation leverages Inventage Lab's proprietary microsphere-based drug delivery technology to ensure sustained release of the therapeutic peptide, providing a reversible and non-invasive alternative to surgical procedures. The program is currently in preclinical development.
