Overview

**IVX037 + sintilimab** is a combination investigational immunotherapeutic regimen consisting of **IVX037**, an intratumorally administered, receptor-targeted oncolytic RNA virus developed by ImmVirX, and **sintilimab**, a monoclonal anti-PD-1 immune checkpoint inhibitor developed by Innovent Biologics. This combination is being evaluated in a Phase 1b clinical trial for patients with advanced or metastatic microsatellite-stable (MSS) colorectal cancer, gastric cancer, or ovarian cancer who have progressed on, or are not suitable for, standard therapies. IVX037 is designed to selectively infect and lyse tumor cells and promote anti-tumor immune responses (including induction of inflammatory cytokines like CXCL10), while sintilimab blocks the PD-1 pathway to enhance T-cell mediated anti-tumor immunity. The combination seeks to leverage potential synergistic effects of direct oncolysis and immune checkpoint blockade[1][2][3][4][5][6].
