IX001 TCR-T cells

IX001 TCR-T cells is a T cell receptor engineered T cell therapy that targets KRAS mutations, particularly KRAS G12V. This cellular therapy involves collecting a patient's own T cells, genetically modifying them to express a T cell receptor that recognizes KRAS mutation-derived peptides presented by MHC molecules, and reinfusing them back into the patient to target and destroy cancer cells harboring these mutations. The therapy is administered intravenously and is followed by recombinant human interleukin-2 (IL-2) injection to support T cell growth and persistence.
