Drug intelligence / Profile preview
J2H-2302 is an oral fixed-dose combination (FDC) small molecule therapy under development by J2H Biotech for the treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) and radiation-induced pulmonary fibrosis (RIPF). It combines J2H-1702, a selective 11β-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase type 1 (11β-HSD1) inhibitor, with nintedanib, an approved multi-kinase inhibitor targeting VEGFR, FGFR, and PDGFR. This combination approach is designed to synergistically suppress fibrotic pathways, protect lung tissue, and potentially reduce the adverse effects and improve the tolerability associated with nintedanib monotherapy. J2H-2302 is currently in preclinical development.
