J65 is a cytotoxic T-lymphocyte-eliciting peptide vaccine, an attenuated version of the E39 peptide. It is designed to stimulate an immune response against folate binding protein (FBP)-expressing cancer cells. The vaccine is restricted to HLA-A2+ patients and has been investigated in clinical trials for breast and ovarian cancer.
