JAB-30300

JAB-30300 is an orally bioavailable small molecule developed by Jacobio Pharmaceuticals for the treatment of solid tumors harboring the P53 Y220C mutation. It acts as a P53 Y220C activator, binding with high affinity to mutant p53 proteins and restoring their tumor suppressor function. Preclinical studies have demonstrated that JAB-30300 induces tumor regression in multiple cancer models, including gastric, ovarian, breast, and lung cancers. The drug has also shown synergistic effects when combined with chemotherapy or oncogenic protein inhibitors.
