Overview
JAB-BX600 is a first-in-class targeted antibody-drug conjugate (tADC) developed by Jacobio Pharma (Beijing Jiakesi New Drug Development). It is designed to treat cancers harboring KRAS G12D mutations by utilizing an EGFR-targeting monoclonal antibody as a carrier to deliver a potent small-molecule KRAS G12D inhibitor payload, JAB-22000, directly to tumor cells. This dual-action approach exploits the synergistic effects of EGFR inhibition and KRAS G12D inhibition, potentially overcoming resistance mechanisms associated with single-agent therapies. JAB-BX600 is currently in the IND-enabling stage, with primary development focuses on pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC), colorectal cancer (CRC), and non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
