JAGGED2 shRNA is a short hairpin RNA (shRNA) therapeutic candidate designed to silence the expression of the JAGGED2 gene, a ligand for the Notch signaling pathway. In multiple myeloma, JAGGED2 is often overexpressed and contributes to the spontaneous clonogenicity, survival, and proliferation of malignant plasma cells.
