Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Jango-HPO-C1 is a canine-specific cell therapy candidate developed by JangoBio, utilizing their proprietary Hormone-Producing Organoid (HPO) technology. The therapy involves the implantation of bioengineered organoids designed to restore a natural, physiological balance of hormones, addressing the multi-hormonal decline associated with aging and hypogonadism. Unlike traditional single-hormone replacement therapies, Jango-HPO-C1 aims to provide a sustainable and comprehensive endocrine solution. It is currently in preclinical development (Proof of Concept stage) for the treatment of hypogonadism and the promotion of healthy aging in dogs.
