Drug intelligence / Profile preview
JANX013 is a CD28 co-stimulatory Tumor Activated Immunomodulator (TRACIr) being developed by Janux Therapeutics for the treatment of metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC). It is designed as a PSMA-targeted biologic immunotherapy that utilizes a proprietary tumor-activated technology platform to stimulate the immune system through CD28 co-stimulation specifically within the tumor microenvironment. This mechanism is intended to enhance anti-tumor activity while minimizing systemic safety issues typically associated with CD28 activation. JANX013 is planned for clinical development in combination with JANX007, a PSMA-targeted T-cell engager, to provide a synergistic immune response against prostate cancer cells.
