JANX014

JANX014 is a double-masked, prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA) directed T cell engager (TCE) being developed by Janux Therapeutics. Utilizing Janux's proprietary tumor-activated technology platform, the drug is designed to remain inactive in systemic circulation and selectively activate T cells within the tumor microenvironment to minimize off-tumor toxicities. As a bispecific biologic, it physically links a patient's T cells to PSMA-expressing cancer cells, facilitating immune-mediated tumor cell killing. JANX014 represents an exploratory extension of Janux's PSMA-directed therapy strategy and is currently being evaluated in Phase 1 clinical trials for the treatment of metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC).
