Overview

JCXH-108 is a monovalent mRNA-based vaccine under development for the prevention of respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) infections. Developed by Immorna, it utilizes proprietary mRNA and ready-to-use lipid nanoparticle (RTU-LNP) technologies. The vaccine encodes an engineered RSV fusion protein in a stabilized pre-fusion configuration (pre-F), designed to elicit strong neutralizing antibody responses against both RSV A and B strains. Preclinical studies demonstrated high immunogenicity and complete protection in animal models at low doses. JCXH-108 is administered intramuscularly, features improved storage conditions (shelf life of approximately 18 months at 2–8°C), and is currently in Phase 1 clinical trials for RSV prevention.
