Drug intelligence / Profile preview
JCXH-113 is a therapeutic self-replicating RNA (srRNA) vaccine developed by Jiachen Xihai (Immorna Biotherapeutics) for the treatment of tuberculosis. The vaccine utilizes srRNA technology to encode a fusion of multiple Mycobacterium tuberculosis epitopes, aiming to induce a potent and sustained cellular immune response. By leveraging the self-amplifying nature of srRNA, the vaccine is designed to provide higher and longer-lasting antigen expression compared to conventional mRNA vaccines, potentially improving therapeutic outcomes for patients with TB. It is currently in the IND-enabling/preclinical stage of development.
