Overview

JCXH-212 is a self-replicating RNA (srRNA) cancer vaccine designed to encode patient-specific tumor neoantigens. It functions as an immunostimulant and antineoplastic agent by inducing immune responses against tumor cells. The vaccine is classified as a therapeutic mRNA vaccine and targets interleukin-12 (IL-12), acting as an IL-12 modulator to enhance anti-tumor immunity. Developed for the treatment of advanced malignant solid tumors, it is currently in Phase 1/2 clinical trials. The developer and manufacturer is Jiachen Xihai (Hangzhou) Biotechnology Co., Ltd., also known as Immorna Biotherapeutics[1][2][3][4][8].
