JCXH-401

JCXH-401 is a therapeutic mRNA vaccine developed by Jiachen Xihai (also known as Immorna Biotechnology) for the treatment of acne vulgaris. The vaccine is designed to encode specific antigens from *Cutibacterium acnes* (C. acnes), the primary bacterium associated with the development of acne and its related inflammatory response. By delivering mRNA that encodes these bacterial antigens, JCXH-401 aims to stimulate a targeted immune response that reduces the population of *C. acnes* and mitigates skin inflammation. The program has received clearance from the U.S. FDA to initiate clinical trials and is currently in the early stages of clinical development.
