Overview

JD123 is a universal off-the-shelf CAR-NK (chimeric antigen receptor modified natural killer) cell therapy. It is derived from a healthy donor and is designed to target CD123-positive cells. The drug is being investigated for the treatment of refractory or relapsed CD123-positive acute myeloid leukemia (AML).
