JDB175

JDB175 is an orally bioavailable, small molecule inhibitor of Bruton tyrosine kinase (BTK) developed by Shanghai Jiabao Yaoyin Pharmaceutical Technology. BTK is a critical mediator of the B-cell receptor (BCR) signaling pathway, which is essential for the survival, proliferation, and differentiation of B-lineage cells. In malignant B-cells, this pathway is often constitutively active, driving tumor growth. By inhibiting BTK, JDB175 disrupts downstream signaling cascades, including the activation of NF-κB and MAP kinase pathways, ultimately leading to growth arrest and apoptosis in cancerous B-cells. JDB175 is primarily being investigated for the treatment of relapsed or refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphomas, with a specific focus on diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL).
