Overview

JH021 is a bispecific monoclonal antibody designed to target both the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and the mesenchymal-epithelial transition factor (cMET). Developed by Biotech Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., it is currently being evaluated in Phase I clinical trials for the treatment of advanced solid tumors. By simultaneously inhibiting EGFR and cMET signaling pathways, JH021 aims to overcome resistance mechanisms often associated with single-target therapies in various cancers, particularly those where both pathways are co-activated or where cMET amplification drives resistance to EGFR inhibitors.
