Overview
JHM02 is a long-acting recombinant growth hormone (rhGH) being developed by JHM Biopharmaceutical (JHM Group) for the treatment of growth hormone deficiency. Produced using genetic engineering technology, JHM02 is designed to activate the Growth Hormone Receptor (GHR) with an extended duration of action, potentially reducing the frequency of injections compared to conventional daily recombinant human growth hormone therapies. The drug is intended for both pediatric and adult growth hormone deficiencies and is also being explored for applications in metabolism and medical aesthetics. JHM02 is currently in the preclinical stage, undergoing pharmacological and toxicological studies to support further clinical development.
